When a company is in the facility maintenance business as long as we have been, you learn to react at a moment's notice… much like CBM did during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. The quake caused ceiling sprinklers to go off at a prominent attorney's office, which began destroying files and furniture and threatened tenants below. Shortly after the emergency page came through, CBM was there to stop the flood and begin immediate cleanup. We stayed until the job was done and the building and work environment were restored to order.

CBM's capabilities and experience span so wide that they include the coordinated logistics for one of the world's biggest cleanups - the World Cup soccer event at Stanford University.
